Stéphan Willemse
Stéphan founded Now_Now Labs to help organisations innovate and think beyond the now through creativity, design, and strategy. His work spans ethical AI, post-growth, rewilding, and futures design—all driven by the belief that committed, empowered people can change the world. When he’s not shaping alternative futures, you’ll find him making music, climbing mountains or chasing remote waves.

Thomas Klaffke
Thomas is a strategist and researcher with a background in foresight, systemic design and creative provocation. Based in Berlin, he has worked across consulting, media, and think tanks, helping organisations reframe narratives and uncover signals of change. As Head of Research at Now_Now Labs, he turns deep insights into actionable futures.

Mike brings imagined future worlds to life, enabling strategic decision-making. A published, award-winning sci-fi author with 25 years in brand, film and immersive storytelling, Mike leads narrative design, world-building, and creative scenario development. He transforms realistic future states into engaging, imaginative experiences that resonate with audiences and drive real-world change.
